Mark formed The Scribner Group at Morgan Stanley in Boston in 2011. For nearly 23 years, he has been providing highly customized advice and investment solutions to high net worth individuals, corporate executives, and successful business owners.
Mark’s knowledge covers the entire spectrum of traditional and non-traditional asset classes. He advises clients on all aspects of wealth planning, including asset allocation, portfolio management, legacy and trust planning, risk management, and developing income strategies. Mark has been able to effectively leverage his access to tailored lending and tax-efficient strategies to integrate into a comprehensive wealth management strategy along with access to firm capital.
As a Portfolio Manager, Mark is passionate about helping his clients achieve their financial goals. Under Mark’s direction, his team works closely with each client to develop and implement solutions-based, comprehensive portfolios, with a specific emphasis on risk management. Through many market cycles, Mark and his team have remained committed to helping simplify their clients’ investing lives and providing concierge level client service.
He is Series 7, 63, 65 and 24 registered and holds Life and Health Insurance licenses.
In his free time, Mark enjoys fundraising for various cancer causes, racing Ducati’s, Ironman Racing, and Swimming, hiking and spending time with his family. He lives in Boston’s Back Bay and Cape Elizabeth, Maine with his wife, Michelle, and their 4 children.
William “Bill” Temm, CFP, ChFc
Bill is a Financial Advisor and Vice President at The Scribner Group at Morgan Stanley in Boston. He joined The Scribner Group in January of 2012 after working 15 years at Linsco/Private Ledger as a Wealth Advisor. Bill’s mission is to be his client’s primary advisor and help them simplify and coordinate their financial well-being.
He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, a Chartered Financial Consultant is Series 7, 66 registered and holds Life and Health Insurance licenses.
He now resides in Scarborough, Maine with his wife, Dale. Bill has two grown daughters and a granddaughter. Bill enjoys being outdoors, carpentry and spending time with his family.
Kelly is a Financial Advisor with The Scribner Group at Morgan Stanley in Boston. She began her career in 1982 at a Morgan Stanley predecessor firm and had previously worked building two very successful Wealth Management practices before joining The Scribner Group in 2012.
She is Series 7, 63, and 66 registered.
Kelly resides in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with her husband, Mark. She is passionate about the sport of Triathlon as a triathlete, USAT official and volunteer. Kelly and her husband spend as much time as possible on their motorcycles and have toured extensively throughout the US.
Micah joined The Scriber Group at Morgan Stanley in Boston from the predecessor firm of Smith Barney in 2011. He brings with him over ten years of exceptional client service. Micah has been providing operational support for the team, which includes, enhanced client experience, administration, and practice management and technology implementation. At the forefront of his role, he provides concierge levels services for The Scribner Group clients that they are accustom and expect and deserve. Micah graduated from Thomas More College of Liberal Arts with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a focus in The Austrian School of Economic Thought. He was co-founder and co-president of the Edmond Campion Debate Club.
He is Series 7, 63, and 65 registered, and holds Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
In his free time, Micah enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, skiing, and spending time at the beach.
Wealth Advisory Associate
Tim is a Wealth Advisory Associate at The Scribner Group at Morgan Stanley in Boston. He joined Morgan Stanley in March of 2013 after graduating from the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth and studying briefly at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia. Tim strives to bring a more traditional approach to the classic financial plan by not only discovering where his clients are now, but understanding where they want to be in the future. He has a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Series 7 and 66 licenses, and is working towards his Life and Health Insurance licenses. He currently lives in Harwich and he enjoys sailing year round and spending time with his family and friends.
