Personal and professional development is important to Sherri and in 2012 she earned the distinguished CFP certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. The CFP designation is awarded to candidates who not only meet rigorous experience and ethics requirements but successfully complete a curriculum of financial planning coursework and pass the CFP Certification Examination. Final accreditation marks proficiency in financial planning, risk management, investing, tax planning, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning. In 2008 she earned the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation through the College for Financial Planning.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Sherri spent five years in the advertising industry and four years as a top payroll consultant for Paychex, Inc.
Sherri attended Syracuse University on an athletic scholarship where she captained their Division I Field Hockey Team. She graduated in 1990 as an Academic All-American with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Sherri was born and raised in Chester County, Pennsylvania where she lives now with her husband and partner Michael DiMenna. She is passionate about health and fitness, and together she and Michael enjoy spending time with their thoroughbred racehorses and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Blitzen.

Jim has more than 23 years of financial investment experience with high net worth families and non-profit organizations. His ongoing concentrations are retirement planning, retirement income sustainability and distribution, and wealth preservation strategies. During his 19 years at Morgan Stanley* and its predecessor firms, Jim has been recognized for excellence in client service and was named to The President’s Council and The Chairmen’s Council. In 2008, Jim earned the designation Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor from The College for Financial Planning. The CRPC program is developed with a focus on client centered problem solving.
Jim has had the benefit of experiencing two interesting career paths. Upon graduating from Saint Joseph’s University in 1970 Jim began a career in the hospitality industry. Various general manager positions for fine dining restaurants culminated in a partnership with his wife to launch and operate their own restaurant from 1977-1987. During this time he was also an adjunct professor in the Food Marketing Academy at Saint Joseph’s University. Changing focus in 1988, Jim joined The Principal Financial Group. This redirected Jim’s attention to the many areas involving financial planning.
Jim serves on numerous committees at Saint Joseph’s University with a particular interest in supporting The Kinney Center for Autism located on campus. He is also the Fund Chair for The Class of 1970. Jim and Kathy have been married more than 40 years. They have four adult children who live in the area. They enjoy their three wonderful grandchildren particularly when they all visit overnight at their Worcester, Pa home.
Michael J. DiMenna, CIMA

Michael brings more than 30 years of professional and investment experience to Morgan Stanley. Having advanced his way through the financial services industry by holding positions in brokerage operations, management, and production, Michael has been a practicing Financial Advisor for more than 20 years.
Michael was a founding partner of The DiMenna/Lord Group in 1995 providing financial and investment planning for clients of First Union Bank in Philadelphia. He accepted an invitation to move his group to Smith Barney in 2001 and joined The Rittenhouse Group at Morgan Stanley in 2009.
Prior to joining the retail financial services industry, Michael spent five years in New York’s financial district as an Energy Futures Trader with Merrill Lynch Futures where he worked on hedge strategies for domestic and foreign oil companies. Michael brings a thorough understanding of global economies and markets to the group. His area of focus is to determine the group’s investment philosophy and market opinion.
In 2012 Michael earned the CERTIFIED INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ANALYSTSM or CIMA from the Investment Management Consultants Association. The CIMA certification program is a result of the extensive development by the IMCA certification Committee, IMCA staff and faculty of The Wharton School of Business of The University of Pennsylvania. The CIMA certification curriculum involves in-depth study of asset allocation, ethics, manager search and selection, behavioral finance, risk management, performance measurement, investment objectives and related financial topics.
Michael was born and raised in Philadelphia. He lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with his wife Sherri and their dog Blitzen. Together, Sherri and Michael maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Among their many interests are public speaking, traveling and breeding and racing thoroughbred horses.

Erika Sosalski

Erika Sosalski is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance.
Joining Morgan Stanley* and its predecessors in 2005 Erika engineered a program to help evaluate and implement methods to enhance the business service model of top producing financial advisors in Philadelphia. Erika was instrumental in providing strategies which resulted in revenue and income growth through both organic growth and soliciting new clients.
As a result of her efforts, Erika accepted a position with the Smith Barney Proprietary Products Division and became a senior member of the team. Erika’s talent was recognized and she was selected to become a member of VISTA; an exclusive concierge service for the top producing financial advisors throughout the country.
Erika returned to Philadelphia to join The Rittenhouse Group at Morgan Stanley* in 2009 and works with the team on campaigns to help increase productivity, performs company and market research for clients and prepares reviews for client meetings. Erika is very resourceful and adds significant value to the team. She is both Series 7 and Series 66 registered.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Erika is actively involved in her community and volunteers as a peer mentor.

Judith Daniel

Judith Daniel began her career in the Financial Services industry in 1998 as a Sales Assistant for another brokerage firm where she obtained her Series 7 Securities license. She joined Smith Barney in 2006 as a Registered Client Service Associate working with advisors in the firm’s Corporate Client Group.
Ms. Daniel has worked with The Rittenhouse Group since its inception. She prides herself in continually improving and on her own initiative earned the Financial Planning Associate designation with the firm. Judith loves her work and believes that providing superior client service should be a top priority.
Judith graduated from Florida International University in 1997 where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
Judith and her husband Franklyn of 24 years are the proud parents of two sons, Donovan and Dominick. Donovan is a 2009 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Dominick is a sophomore attending Bodine High School for International Affairs.
