Randolph C. Cook

Randy is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management, Financial Planning Specialist, Portfolio Manager, and Financial Advisor. He has been with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and predecessor firms since 1984. He is a native of Modesto, California, and a graduate of Stanislaus State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a double minor in Personnel and Operations. He is past President of the Modesto Shrine Club, Pro-Net Leads Club, Lions 500, Modesto Jaycees, Modesto Ski Club, Yosemite Boy Scout District, and an Eagle Scout. His hobbies include snow and water skiing, racquetball, and cycling. He resides in Modesto with his wife Denise and three children, Alanis, Caitlyn and Derrick.

Monty is a First Vice President of Wealth Management, Financial Planning Specialist, Portfolio Manager, and Financial Advisor. He has been with Morgan Stanley* and predecessor firms since 1986. He is a native of Modesto, California, leaving the area only to receive his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the California State University of Long Beach in 1986. He is an Eagle Scout. When not working with his clients, Monty is very committed to his family and spends his leisure time enjoying family activities and a game of golf now and then. He and his wife Kathy reside in Modesto with their daughter, Chloe.

Glenda is a Vice President of Wealth Management, Portfolio Manager, Financial Advisor and Financial Planning Specialist.  She has been with Morgan Stanley since 1985.  Glenda has her series 7, 63, 65 Securities and Insurance/Annuity licenses.  She was chosen by Divisional Officers of the firm to spend several weeks at the New York Stock Exchange where she trained the traders on the trading floors during a major conversion of the firms Order Entry systems.  Glenda was also nominated by the firm for her leadership on the Regional Diversity Council Board.

Glenda has been named to the firm’s Blue Chip Council, a recognition program for Financial Advisors who demonstrate the highest professional standards in addition to excellence in client service. In addition, Glenda is a recipient of the Heart of Performance Award. Glenda is a member of the firms Women’s Business Alliance.   She has participated in the Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund & Annuity Group Business Development Conferences, the Income Distribution Forum and the Regional Investment Symposium, and the Northwest Regional Women’s Forum.  Glenda has attended Morgan Stanley’s Institute Conventions, a prestige program for Wealth Managers who have demonstrated excellence in Client Relationship Management. 

Glenda has two grown sons, Christopher and Bryan. She has also been blessed with three grandchildren, Savana, Judah & Teddy. Glenda has resided in Ceres since 1985 and enjoys the peacefulness and serenity of time spent outdoors. She also has a special love for animals.
