I design and implement strategies that help migrate investments toward wealth. Through clear, frequent communication, I provide customized service, build lasting relationships and help clients benefit from a disciplined investment outlook.
I began my career in 1982 as a Commodity Research Analyst at Shearson Lehman Brothers. I next served as the Futures Trading Strategist for Advest, Inc. before joining M&T Bank as an Executive Associate, where I traded foreign exchange and also authored a biweekly commentary on capital markets. After trading Foreign Futures Options for a Commodities Fund, I became a Foreign Exchange Strategist for Chase Manhattan Bank. I subsequently joined Prudential Securities (later Wachovia Securities LLC) as a Financial Advisor, rising to Sales Manager of the flagship branch on Park Avenue in New York City. In 2005, I relocated my business to Morgan Stanley (predecessor firm to Morgan Stanley*, LLC) in their Hartford, CT complex office.
I have earned both a BA in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College (1982) and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University (1990). I have been appointed Adjunct Assistant Professor of Financial Management at the NYU School of Continuing & Professional Studies, where I lecture on Applied Technical Analysis.
I have been married to my wife, Shari, since 1995, and we are the proud parents of our daughter, Zoe. We reside in Glastonbury, CT with our Standard Poodle, Midnight. My interests include collecting and listening to classic rock music, attending film exhibitions, concerts and professional sporting events—as well as exploring new technologies.
