    “Another Brick in the Wall” Michael Wilson, chief investment officer of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Morgan Stanley & Co., says the stock market has shrugged off a lot of dysfunction in Washington, unsettling news from abroad and an anemic GDP report. Stocks are working their way higher thanks to strong earnings growth.
